Job Title: Analyst
Youth Market Segments
Location: Lagos, NG
Job Summary
Assist in executing the work programmes and plans of the Youth Segment team
Principal Functions
- Assist in conducting research
on new product initiatives and options for convergence targeted at the
youth market segment and proffer recommendations for the attention of the
Manager-Youth Segment - Assist in developing concepts
for promotional campaigns targeted at the youth market segment - Assist in conducting research
on initiatives for market penetration and market share acquisition in the
youth market segment - Participate in product launches
targeted at the youth market segment - Assist in conducting research
on options for customer lifecycle extension and proffer recommendations
for the attention of the Manager-Youth Segment - Assist with logistics for
awareness campaigns, fairs and ad-hoc surveys aimed at promoting products
and services targeted at the youth market segment - Liaise with the Finance
Department to ensure payment of 3rd parties where necessary, processing of
orders, inventory management and so on - Liaise with relevant units/
teams/ functions in carrying out all relevant activities - Attend team/ divisional/
departmental meetings as required - Oversee the implementation of
the Campus Ambassador Scheme run by the Youth Segment team - Prepare/ compile agreed
periodic activity and performance reports for the attention of the
Manager-Youth Segment - Perform any other duties as
assigned by the Manager-Youth Segment
Educational Requirements
- First degree or equivalent in
the Social Sciences
Experience, Skills & Competencies
- Minimum of one (1) year
directly relevant post-NYSC work experience
