Ideal candidate will have 10 years experience in an agriculture equipment environment with a well rounded exposure to parts, service, sales and management. Monitor financials and implement opportunities for improvement to meet or exceed targeted goals. Coaching, evaluation, motivation, recruiting of team. Ensure all employees are provided the needed tools and follow through with excellent customer service in all aspects. Salary is a generous base plus performance bonus making a very lucrative package for the exceptionally qualified.
10 plus years in Agriculture industry including parts, service sales and management. Strong analytical, communication and management skills. Positive attitude and people person. Excellent coaching and motivational skills.
