I.T. Business Analyst II
This is an exempt level position.
Position Summary:
· Under general supervision and using established procedures and policies, applies intermediate skills and knowledge of assessing business needs to gather, organize, prioritize and complete numerous projects and assignments concurrently.
· Conduct system analysis, write detailed specifications for system enhancements, and test system enhancements.
· Must be able to interact and deal effectively with all levels of employees while maintaining a professional manner.
· Will assist in delivery of project initiatives and deliverables and provide regular and accurate status reports and other documentation to management and team members.
Job Requirements:
· Expected to complete projects within specified deadlines.
· Expected to work occasional weekends, holidays, and overtime.
· Expected to perform on-call duties.
· Ability and willingness to travel by auto and air.
· Possibly work a variety of shifts.
· Extensive keyboard operations.
· Sitting for extended periods of time.
· Standing for extended periods of time.
· Able to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
· Communication by phone for extended periods of time.
· Bachelors degree or at least 6 years job experience.
Technical Requirements:
· Must have 2 to 4 years experience with Grain system support.
o Knowledge of Grain applications is desired but not required. Understanding of business analysis.
· Experience in customer support/interaction required.
· Considered Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least 1 aspect pertaining to Grain systems.
· Good understanding of Information Technologies commitment to supporting business requirements.
