Manage vended supplier relationship and all elements of procurement with supplier including product sourcing, program development and administration, and competitive net cost positions. Successful candidates will have experience with supply negotiations in the agricultural industry. Looking for individuals who are self-motivated, driven and a strong team player.Previous experience in agricultural products supply planning, preferable CPP business. Previous experience introducing new products into a supply chain.Ability to effectively reduce complexity and improve efficiencies. Have vision to shape the future.
Qualifications:
10 years experience in Crop Protection Supply, Marketing, Sales, or CPP Distribution Management with educational background in agriculture. Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining supplier relationships; negotiations experience. Bachelors degree in Agricultural related field. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required.Proactive communicator with exceptional written and verbal skills. Proven ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Negotiation skills. Analytical skills. Financial acumen. Problem solving skills. Must have a working knowledge of product brand names and d active ingredients. Proficient in use of computers and technology commensurate with job requirements. Able to make sound decisions and complete tasks in a fast paced work environment. Understanding of CPP Logistics. Understanding of EPA Registration process and guidelines. Technical Agriculture product / crop expertise.
