Job Purpose:
Provides support to regional sales managers. Provide clear and accurate customer service to customer
Duties:
Data Entry into Order Management
Folder creation for International Logistics
- Communication with Sales Offices, Customers, Freezers, Plants and Product Managers
- Advise of sales orders and time frame of shipments
- Retrieve all necessary info to complete each export
- Communicate production needs to complete order
- Inventory management of frozen pork
- Assist salespeople with load analysis and late avoidance
Advise of shortages, overages and claim issues
Control loading schedule of outside freezers with Maximum shipments each week
- Develop an in depth understanding of logistics in order to assist customers and salespeople
Knowledge of Country requirements for each Country of Destination
- Resolve issues from trucking companies, arrival destinations and freezers
- Follow up with customer service to advise customer of changes in delivery schedule
Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and decision making skills.
Detail Oriented.
Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.
Must have the ability to work independently, and know when and how to ask questions.
Ability to work well in a fast paced environment.
Multi-tasking skills a must.
In depth knowledge on Excel functions and formulas
Excellent customer service and communication/phone skills.
Able to work in corporate office environment.
