A new eCommerce Team has been formed at Loblaw that will be building and launching new ecommerce enabled web experiences, starting with Joe Fresh Apparel later this year. This is a unique opportunity to be an early member of a team at Canadas largest retailer that will revamp and redefine the eCommerce landscape in Canada.
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager who will be a key contributor in helping to define, launch and operate these new online experiences. Working with the senior leaders of the eCommerce team, the Sr. Product Manager will help develop the long term product vision, as well as oversee the execution of the product roadmap. The successful candidate will work out of our new office in downtown Toronto.
Key responsibilities include:
â¢Work with various functional groups within the eCommerce team to translate customer and business needs into detailed product requirements and specifications
â¢Develop and maintain a long term product road map, prioritizing features based on potential impact to the business
â¢Continuously measure, analyze and improve the performance of website features against stated business needs
â¢Manage the ongoing implementation of website features to ensure project milestones are met, as well as assess project risks, dependencies and resource requirements
Role Requirements:
⢠Bachelor degree in a quantitative field required (Engineering, CS, Math, Physics, etc.)
â¢MBA or other graduate degree strongly preferred
â¢8+ years of professional experience
â¢4 â 6 years prior experience defining product features and requirements for new web experiences
â¢Proven ability to generate meaningful insights from data
â¢Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and ambiguous environment
â¢Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational and project management skills
